In 2016 we underwent a comprehensive process to develop a practical Strategic Plan (2017-2022) to guide us through change, growth and leadership.
Our process included consultations with a diverse group of stakeholders, a review of current research and an examination of our service data. The information we gathered informed a rich discussion with staff and board and led to the development of five strategic directions that match priorities with resources.
We thank the consultants and volunteers that facilitated sessions, assisted us through our environmental scan and took the time to complete our surveys.
